Artzu Gallery Hosts a ‘Great Places’ Event
Artzu Gallery hosted another exciting and successful event with Great Places Housing.
Great Places began the day with an open top bus tour of their most innovative sites around Manchester using the theme’s of Matt Wilde’s paintings as a focus for their publicity and promotion.
After the bus tour ended guests were brought to Artzu Gallery to enjoy wine, beer and a hearty warming BBQ.
Artzu Gallery terrace overlooks Hardman Square in the heart of Spinningfields and makes a fantastic addition to the venue. During the summer months the terrace can house a BBQ with an open sided canopy and when the weather gets a little cooler this can be converted into a marque with heaters.

Food included seared minted lamb chump chops, duck breast with five spice and sirloin steak marinated in virgin oil, black pepper, rosemary, thyme and garlic.
For fish lovers and vegetarians there was a choice of seared mackerel marinated in tomato and garlic, citrus salmon steak baked in foil with herbs, green beans and wine; sweet potato, mushroom and cumin kebabs and Portabella burgers.
Inside after speeches and general networking the night moved into Manchester beats from bands as diverse as Joy Division, Oasis and the Stone Roses.
