Emaar Properties - The Address Hotel, Dubai
As international art consultants we work closely with our clients in commissioning original artwork for specific projects.
In 2008 we won an international competition to work with Emaar in Dubai on a 5m high, external sculpture project for their award winning hotel on the Burj Dubai development.
This is the first major contemporary sculpture to be commissioned in Dubai and establishes Artzu as the leading art consultancy in the Gulf region.
‘The Address’ is one of Emaar’s most iconic skyscrapers and they wanted a contemporary sculpture to reflect the prestigious nature of this development.
Artzu was responsible for leading the client through the commissioning process from the initial presentation to the final installation and the sculpture has made a significant contribution to the imposing nature of the building.
